From 09.06.2025. from 00:00 till 13.09.2025. 23:59 local time, all operations of unmanned aircraft are prohibited in the part of the airspace that includes a circle with a radius of 2 km centered at the point with the following coordinates 44°49'13"N 020°25'39"E (Palata Serbia). Airspace users and operators of unmanned aircraft are required to familiarize themselves with relevant NOTAM (A4760/25 and C4780/25).

To submit a request for the issuance of a certificate of validity of the permit, personnel/not causing an accident, from December 6, 2024, the Republic administrative fee is RSD 800.00.
Republic administrative fee is 1090,00 RSD as of 01.08.2024.
Owner/user or the operater of unmanned aircraft shall submit, as parties in the administrative procedure, request for approval of unmanned aircraft directly or through authorized respresentative

Personnel Licensing

The aviation personnel and records department is responsible for normative, legal, documentation and office management, statistical, operational and administrative tasks related to:

  • Aviation personnel register keeping;
  • Aviation personnel licensing, ratings and authorizations;
  • Revalidation and renewal of licenses, ratings and authorizations;
  • Issue of certificates on data extracted from aviation personnel register;
  • Processing and archiving other documentation falling within the remit of the Department.

 

Licenses are issued following the completion of the appropriate training programs, comprehensive knowledge checks, medical examinations, and once examinations are passed by all aviation personnel categories.
