Republic administrative fee is 1090,00 RSD as of 01.08.2024.

Flight Operations in a Conditional Restricted Area

The Civil Aviation Directorate issues approvals for flight operations within a conditional restricted area, subject to prior consent from the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Interior.

In accordance with the Order on the Establishment of the Conditionally Restricted Area LY R8 Belgrade and Conditions for Flight Operations, LY R8 Belgrade is designated as a permanently active conditional restricted area, with specific provisions for civil aviation operations, excluding special-purpose flights.

Requests for flight operations within LY R8 must be submitted to the Directorate via mail, email, or fax no later than 30 days prior to the intended flight.

The request must contain the following information:

  • Purpose and justification for the flight within LY R8
  • Date, time, and type of operation
  • Precise flight route within the restricted area
  • Aircraft and crew details
  • Description of any specialized onboard equipment
  • Defined emergency procedures

Any legal or natural person operating an aircraft within the restricted area without prior approval or in violation of the specified conditions shall be held liable in accordance with the applicable legislation.
