Republic administrative fee is 1090,00 RSD as of 01.08.2024.
Owner/user or the operater of unmanned aircraft shall submit, as parties in the administrative procedure, request for approval of unmanned aircraft directly or through authorized respresentative

In accordance with the decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia No. 05, 53-2503/2020the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia submitted, on March 16 2020, a request for the publication of a new NOTAM to prevent the spread of infectious diseases in the territory of the Republic Serbia, to ban or restrict entry and movement to foreign nationals.

This measure does not apply to cockpit and cabin crews of aircraft whose final destination is or who are in transit through the international airports in the Republic of Serbia.

This measure does not apply to persons who have been authorized to enter, stay or transit through the Republic of Serbia by the government task force comprising the representatives of the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure. This task force is to determine the conditions and restrictions of transit, i.e. residence of persons who have been granted the permit to enter the Republic of Serbia.

This measure does not apply to humanitarian flights agreed by way of diplomatic channels.

This measure does not apply to accredited members of staff of foreign diplomatic missions, consular posts and offices of international organizations, including members of their families holding special identification documents issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and General Secretariat of the Government.

This measure does not apply to foreign nationals who have been granted temporary or permanent residence in the Republic of Serbia.
