Republic administrative fee is 1090,00 RSD as of 01.08.2024.
Owner/user or the operater of unmanned aircraft shall submit, as parties in the administrative procedure, request for approval of unmanned aircraft directly or through authorized respresentative

Intensified oversight of airfields and aero clubs

The Management Board of the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia considered on its Session held on 14 April 2011 the issue of frequent light aircraft incidents caused by human error and failure to follow the Aviation Regulations, Procedures and Standards.

 

The Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia shall strengthen the control of airfields and aero clubs by intensifying the oversight conducted by expert teams of Aviation Inspectors, especially in the course of flying days and on weekends.

 

The Directorate shall supervise the air transport in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior and the Air Traffic Services Agency.

 

The Management Board of the Civil Aviation Directorate emphasized that it was necessary for all the aviation participants to follow the safety measures prescribed by the Law.

 

The CAD’s Management Board Session was attended by the Ministers of Infrastructure, Defense, Interior and Environment - Milutin Mrkonjic, Dragan Sutanovac, Ivica Dacic and Oliver Dulic, as well as the Director of the Civil Aviation Directorate Nebojsa Starcevic.
