Republic administrative fee is 1090,00 RSD as of 01.08.2024.
Owner/user or the operater of unmanned aircraft shall submit, as parties in the administrative procedure, request for approval of unmanned aircraft directly or through authorized respresentative

Spanair ceased the operations

By its today’s letter, the Directorate General for Civil Aviation of the Government of Spain informed the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia that Spanish airline Spanair ceased its operations to Serbia, as well as to all other destinations worldwide as from 28 January 2012. According to Mr. Raul Medina Caballero, Deputy Director General for Air Transport, the reason for the ceasing of operations was the airline’s complicated financial situation.

 

In this letter, forwarded to Mr. Nebojša Starčević, Director of the Civil Aviation Directorate, it was stated that Spanair had taken all necessary steps to compensate the passengers, primarily by offering an alternative flights operated by other airlines, but also by reimbursing the money already paid for the tickets.

 

It is further stated that the passengers can receive all information about their rights either through the telephone numbers of Spanair: 900131415 and +34971916047 or by calling the call center established by the Aviation Safety State Agency through telephone number: +34913968210, as well as by visiting AESA web page: www.seguridadaerea.es

 

Spanair was present at the aviation market of the Republic of Serbia for almost two years. It first started the operations on the route Madrid – Belgrade – Madrid, and then rerouted its aircraft on the line Barcelona – Belgrade – Barcelona, at the beginning with three flights per week, and afterward twice a week.

 

The Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia would like to hereby remind the passengers that they can exercise their rights in the event of denied boarding, downgrading, cancelation or long delay of flights in accordance with the Law on obligations and basics of property relations in air transport.
