To submit a request for the issuance of a certificate of validity of the permit, personnel/not causing an accident, from December 6, 2024, the Republic administrative fee is RSD 800.00.
Republic administrative fee is 1090,00 RSD as of 01.08.2024.
Owner/user or the operater of unmanned aircraft shall submit, as parties in the administrative procedure, request for approval of unmanned aircraft directly or through authorized respresentative

Aerodrome Department operates within the Air Navigation, Aerodromes and Security Division of the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia.

Aerodrome Department carries out regulatory, administrative, supervisory and other activities related to:

  • Drawing up and drafting primary legislations and regulations, national programs and expert opinion regarding the application of international regulations, standards and recommended practices and ratified international conventions in the field of aerodromes;
  • Granting of aerodrome certificates, licenses and approvals, ground handling licenses, approval for installation of facilities, installations and devices, certificates on the right to train personnel providing the ground handling services, firefighting and rescue personnel, personnel in control of the regularity of surface operations of aircraft and flight dispatchers;
  • Audits and inspections of aerodrome/helicopter operators, ground services/self-handling suppliers and aviation personnel training organizations from the scope of the Department`s activities
  • Implementation of regulations on planning, design, construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of aerodromes
