Civil UAS operations over the territory of the City of Belgrade are prohibited on September 11th, in the period from 00:00 until 23:59 UTC. UAS users are obliged to familiarize themselves with NOTAM No. A5643/24 (and C5636/24), where precise coordinates of prohibited airspace are given. Republic administrative fee is 1090,00 RSD as of 01.08.2024.  Owner/user or the operater of unmanned aircraft shall submit, as parties in the administrative procedure, request for approval of unmanned aircraft directly or through authorized respresentative  Follow the link for new editions of the Airworthiness Department forms

  • Primary objective of the National Aviation Security Program (National Program) is the protection of passengers, crew, personnel engaged in civil aviation, baggage, mail and goods, general public, facilities and aircraft equipment, as well as devices, facilities and equipment used for civil aviation at and outside of aerodromes from acts of unlawful interference, on the ground or in flight. National Program defines measures, action and procedures to safeguard civil aviation from acts of unlawful interference, establishes responsibility for the application of common aviation security standards ensuring the coordination of activities of all entities in the implementation of the National Program, in order to improve aviation security, regularity and efficiency of domestic and international air transport. National Program is adopted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, bears a mark of confidentiality, and is not available to the public

  • The National Facilitation Program is a set of measures, administrative and technological procedures facilitating the conduct of international public air transport in the Republic of Serbia, accelerating the flow of passengers, baggage, goods and mail. The aim of the National Facilitation Program is to define competencies of the state bodies, organizations, legal entities, airport operators, air carriers and other stakeholders interested in the implementation of the program and obligations and duties in implementing the program.
