To submit a request for the issuance of a certificate of validity of the permit, personnel/not causing an accident, from December 6, 2024, the Republic administrative fee is RSD 800.00.
Republic administrative fee is 1090,00 RSD as of 01.08.2024.
Owner/user or the operater of unmanned aircraft shall submit, as parties in the administrative procedure, request for approval of unmanned aircraft directly or through authorized respresentative

Signed Working Arrangement between the Directorate and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA)

 The Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) signed Working Arrangement on June 7, 2024, in Cologne. This arrangement focuses on the gathering and exchange of safety information within the framework of the EU Safety Assessment of Foreign Aircraft (SAFA) program.

The Working Arrangement, signed by Mirjana Čizmarov, Director of the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia, and Florian Guillermet, the newly appointed Executive Director of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency, aims to achieve a high and uniform level of civil aviation safety. This is to be accomplished through a harmonized approach to implementing international safety standards, establishing operational procedures for the inspection of foreign aircraft landing at airports within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

By signing of this Working Arrangement, the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia continues its excellent cooperation with EASA, aiming to apply the highest safety standards.
