Republic administrative fee is 1090,00 RSD as of 01.08.2024.
Owner/user or the operater of unmanned aircraft shall submit, as parties in the administrative procedure, request for approval of unmanned aircraft directly or through authorized respresentative

Incident on Austrian Airlines Aircraft

The Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia (CAD RS) news regarding the incident having occurred on Austrian Airlines aircraft on 19 January 2010

 

Following the receipt of the report on the incident having occurred on the Austrian Airlines aircraft at 16.06h local time, flight number OS774 BEG-VIE, Fokker 100, registration mark OE-LVL with 85 passengers and flight crew, the inspectors from CAD RS went to the Nikola Tesla airport to investigate the incident.

 

Having performed a thorough inspection of the aircraft and crew documentation, testimonials of the captain and marshaller who had noticed the smoke coming from the engine, the inspectors ordered the aircraft to be closed and removed onto another separate apron.

 

According to the preliminary report by CAD RS the appearance of smoke on engine number 1 had probably occurred during the second repeated start-up of the same engine and ignition of the remaining fuel. There was also a possibility of remnants of de-icing fluid that was sprinkled on engines prior to their start-up.

 

All passengers and crew were safely evacuated from the aircraft.

 

The Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has already forwarded notification on the incident to the civil aviation authority of Austria.
