Civil Aviation Directorate Notice - facilitated procedure for submitting passenger complaints
The Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has introduced a new and practical method of submitting passenger complaints via new web form available at www.cad.gov.rs in section related to passenger rights.
CAD endavours to facilitate the process of submitting complaints for its users and to enable them address the complaint by following a simple procedure.
Passenger complaints regarding aircraft operators as well as complaints regarding aerodorome operators, should be submitted via form on the CAD web site section “Passengers“.
