Belgrade-Chicago Flight Launched

 The Director of the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia, Mirjana Čizmarov, attended the ceremony today marking the opening of the first direct flight between Belgrade and Chicago, operated by the national airline, Air Serbia, which has been reinstated after three decades. 

 
The grand opening of Air Serbia's inaugural flight to the "Windy City" from Nikola Tesla Airport was attended by the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, the Vice President of the Government and Minister of Finance, Siniša Mali, the Minister of Construction, Transport, and Infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia, Goran Vesić, the U.S. Ambassador to Belgrade, Christopher Hill, and many other government officials. 
 
The Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia wishes all passengers a safe and pleasant journey.
