Safety Order
On March 17, 2020, the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia issued the Safety Directive 01/2020 pertaining to domestic air operators operating international non-scheduled air transport services, foreign operators performing international non-scheduled air transport services to the territory of Republic of Serbia, and domestic and foreign air operators operating non-commercial international air services.
The reason for issuing this Safety Order is to prevent the emergence, spread and suppress the COVID-19 virus and to protect the population against the entry of foreign nationals into the territory of the Republic of Serbia via domestic and foreign aircraft operated by air operators performing international non-scheduled air services or non-commercial operations in international air transport to the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Under the Decision declaring COVID-19 an infectious disease, these air operators must forward the list of passengers they have accepted for carriage, with their citizenship information stated in travel documents, to the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia, the operator of the destination aerodrome, border police units and border sanitary control at aerodromes in the Republic of Serbia, that are destination aerodromes, and to SMATSA llc, Belgrade on the following e-mail addresses:
