NOTAM release

On March 19, 2020, the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia submitted the request the publication of a new NOTAM No. 4 / 1.06-0004 / 2020-0011 in accordance with the decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia banning landing and take-offs at aerodromes in the Republic of Serbia for all aircraft engaged in the international air carriage of passengers for the purpose of providing protection against the emergence of infectious diseases in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
This ban does not apply to flights for the transport of cargo and mail, search and rescue, flights operated for humanitarian purposes, emergency medical transportation, technical landing and positioning of aircraft registered on the Aircraft Register of the Republic of Serbia, including emergency landings, state aircraft, and special purpose flights.
Depending on the epidemiological situation, other exceptions may be provided for as per the decision of the Minister of Transport. An operator who commenced a flight prior to the entry into force of this Regulation and landed before or after the entry into force of this Regulation at a specified aerodrome shall be allowed to return to its base or aerodrome of departure.
