Bearing in mind the safety directive issued by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia hereby issues the emergency NOTAM suspending all flight operations of all type Boeing aircraft, Model 737-8 MAX and 737-9 MAX regarding take-off and landing at airports in the Republic of Serbia, including the overflights operated within the airspace of the Republic of Serbia.

On the aircraft registry of the Republic of Serbia maintained by the Civil Aviation Directorate, there are no registered Boeing model 737-8 MAX and 737-9 MAX aircraft
