The Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia hereby warns that all licensed aeronautical technical organizations dealing with maintenance of aircrafts i.e maintenance organizations, organizations for VTO training and organizations dealing in continuous airworthiness, which were issued by the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia, are permitted to perform business activities only on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Performing of business activities outside of the territory of the Republic of Serbia, without special authorization of the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia and acceptance of this authorization by the competent civil aviation authorities of the concerned state, in which such activities are to be performed, either by way of bilateral state agreement and/or by special authorization /validation/ of the license issued by the Republic of Serbia, is not permitted and all approvals, certificates and similar documents issued by such an organization, without prior fulfillment of the stated herein, are null and void.
The Civil Aviation Directorate does not resume any responsibility for activities of licensed aeronautical technical organizations dealing with maintenance which possibly render their services outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia, without fulfillment of special requirements as set out herein, but at the same time calls upon all third parties with knowledge of such negligent conduct of license holders, where licenses have been issued by the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia, to inform us immediately at dgca@cad.gov.rs, so that we may be in a position to undertake all legal actions at our disposal against such aeronautical technical organizations.
