To submit a request for the issuance of a certificate of validity of the permit, personnel/not causing an accident, from December 6, 2024, the Republic administrative fee is RSD 800.00.
Republic administrative fee is 1090,00 RSD as of 01.08.2024.
Owner/user or the operater of unmanned aircraft shall submit, as parties in the administrative procedure, request for approval of unmanned aircraft directly or through authorized respresentative

The Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey

The Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey provides better opportunities for aviation industry and passengers alike.

 

The Delegations representing the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Turkey, met in Belgrade on 24 and 25 January 2013 with the aim of concluding new bilateral Air Services Agreement. On 25 January 2013, Mr. Miodrag Poledica, State Secretary with the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Serbia and Mr. Bilal Ekşi, Director General of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation with the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications of the Republic of Turkey, in the capacity of the Heads of two Delegations initialed the Draft Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey, and also signed the Memorandum of Understanding.

 

By means of this Agreement, the relations between two countries in the area of civil aviation will be regulated in a new, modern way, thus opening wider opportunities for both the aviation industry and the passengers.
