Notification on Clerk`s Office working procedure during the emergency situation.

In accordance with the Decision on Declaration of Emergency (RS Official Gazette No. 31 / 2020, 36/2020, 38/2020, 39/2020) and the Decree on Emergency Measures (RS Official Gazette No. 31/2020, 36/2020, 38/2020, 39/2020) of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, we inform you that the Office of the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia will be organized as e-Office in the coming period and that the following procedures will be applied:
- Aviation entities can only submit their requests and applications on email addressees in points 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 of this notification.
- All applications (with supporting documentation) for the issue, revalidation and renewal of licenses, ratings, certificates and authorizations for aviation personnel may be submitted exclusively by sending an e-mail to: ova@cad.gov.rs.
- Applications (with supporting documentation) for the examination of the requirements for taking the theoretical and practical examinations and proficiency assessment (aviation personnel and flight dispatchers) may be submitted exclusively by sending an e-mail to: ispiti@cad.gov.rs.
- All requests submitted by approved training centers (ATOs) and FSTD device operators may only be submitted by e-mail to fcl@cad.gov.rs.
- Regarding the theoretical and practical training, approved training centers shall apply all decisions and restrictions adopted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, as well as recommendations issued by the Institute of Public Health of Serbia "Dr. Milan Jovanovic Batut ". - Applications regarding aeronautical security training centers, as well as certification of security personnel, certification for aviation security managers and aviation security training instructors, may only be submitted by sending an e-mail to mail address: avsec@cad.gov.rs.
- All applications related to the work of technical organizations (AMO, CAMO, ATO, DOA, POA), as well as all applications of legal or natural persons related to the aircraft registry and airworthiness may be submitted exclusively by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: air@cad.gov.rs.
- All applications (with supporting documentation) pertaining to the operation of the aeromedical organizations as well as all applications by aviation personnel related to medical certificates can be submitted exclusively by sending an e-mail to: aeromedical@cad.gov.rs.
- All applications concerning air operators may be submitted exclusively by sending an e-mail to: ops@cad.gov.rs.
- Passenger claims (with supporting documentation) in case of violation of the rights guaranteed by the Law on Obligations and the Basics of Property Relations in Air Transport (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No 87/11) may be submitted exclusively by sending an e-mail to: reklamacijeputnika@cad.gov.rs
Interested persons may send other matters to pisarnica@cad.gov.rs. We will respond to applicants as soon as practicable.
The Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia will, until the end of the state of emergency, receive all items through the e-Office.
