Republic administrative fee is 1090,00 RSD as of 01.08.2024.
Owner/user or the operater of unmanned aircraft shall submit, as parties in the administrative procedure, request for approval of unmanned aircraft directly or through authorized respresentative

The largest two-day search and rescue exercise in civil aviation \"SAREX 38-19\" and international ICAO workshop have been completed

The second day of a major international search and rescue exercise in civil aviation was wrapped up follwoing a three-day activity in Vrsac organized by the Directorate of Civil Aviation, garnering over 150 professionals from around the world. Furthermore,along with the full capacity search and rescue exercise the search and rescue workshop was organized by the Directorate together with the ICAO EUR / NAT office in Paris.

The exercise was held at the Nikola Tesla Airport and Vrsac Airport with the participation of all search and rescue facilities in the civil aviation of the Republic of Serbia. Led by CAD, the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Health, SMATSA, Helicopter Unit of the Ministry of Interior, Nikola Tesla Airport, Rescue and Fire Fighting Unit of Nikola Tesla Airport, Medical Centers Serbia, Medical Center Nis, Military Academy, Red Cross, Mountain Rescue Service, the City of Vrsac and the local Fire and Medical Services of Vrsac presented their procedures.

For the past three days, Serbia has been the global hub where ideas and best practices in civil aviation search and rescue were shared, with the involvement of the international guests who have had the opportunity to get acquainted with the functioning of the search and rescue system in Serbia. We are also proud to bring together our partner institutions and showcase new search and rescue resources purchased by the Republic of Serbia in the previous period.

The Director of the Directorate Mirjana Cizmarov said, “The Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia is an institution committed to bringing in line its national regulations with the adopted international standards, which was verified in the latest audit conducted by ICAO, where 93.3 percent compliance with the international standards and recommended practices was established”, said.

The Directorate organized a workshop in cooperation with the ICAO EUR / NAT Paris Office during the first two days at the Hyatt Hotel venue where representatives of over 20 countries presented new trends and challenges in this area, sharing practical knowledge in a congenial atmosphere with the colleagues and other professionals.
