Republic administrative fee is 1090,00 RSD as of 01.08.2024.
Owner/user or the operater of unmanned aircraft shall submit, as parties in the administrative procedure, request for approval of unmanned aircraft directly or through authorized respresentative

Simultaneous coming into force of new EU and Serbian regulation governing flight crew licencing

A new Regulation on flight crew licencing has entered into force today ("RS Official Gazette", No. 33/13) which was prepared by the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia (CAD RS) and adopted by the CAD RS Board. The new regulation’s coming into force coincided with the new EU regulation governing the same field.

 

In order to pick up the pace with the latest European standards, CAD RS has worked extensively on translation of EU Regulations 1178/2011 and 290/2012 and their transposition and harmonization with the Serbian regulations.

 

This regulation provides for the conditions for licensing the flight crew licencing, the duration of the licenses and authorizations, conditions to be met for their variation, suspension or revocation, format of the licenses, the procedure for qualification assessment of flight personnel, the conditions under which the approved training center certificates are issued, amended, suspended or revoked, period within which these certificates are issued.

 

It also includes the conditions under which the training received, ranks and other conditions meat by the military aviation personnel during their military service is accepted for taking the final examination for the issuance of flight crew licenses, the conditions under which medical fitness is to be examined and the procedure for the conduct of the said examinations, time during which the medical fitness is examined and medical certificate forms.
