Aeromedical Section - AMS

The 
AMS sets and implements medical requirements for aviation personnel.

The aeromedical examination determines the fitness of aviation personnel to perform their professional duties. It has a major importance as contributes to flight safety, at the same time helps to preserve their health during flying carrier.

Medical certification of aircrew performed in accordance with Regulation on Aircrew (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No 33/13, 61/15); which is based on:

1.COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 1178/2011 of 3 November 2011

2.COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 290/2012 of 5 April 2012 

ANNEX IV [PART-MED] of the Regulations sets out the requirements for the medical certification of aircrew.

3.Acceptable means of compliance (AMC) and Guidance Material (GM) to Part MED, refer the provisions of this Regulation, and are applied as recommended practice.

Medical Certification of air traffic controllers is implemented in accordance with: 
Regulation on air traffic controller`s licences, training organisations and aero-medical centres ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No 83/15, No 18/16); based on:

1.COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2015/340 of 20 February 2015

ANNEX IV ATCO.MED of the Regulations sets out the requirements for the medical certification of air traffic controllers.

2.Acceptable means of compliance (AMC) and Guidance Material (GM) to Part ATCO.MED, refer the provisions of this Regulation, and are applied as recommended practice.
